Placing Orders -

Please call 1-800-262-7511 between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time or email customerservice@aromatique.com. You may also email us to be signed up for access to our wholesale website. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Any accepted order held more than 90 days past shipment request date shall be subject to cancellation.

 

 

Editing / Canceling Orders ~

Customers must give Aromatique Inc. adequate notice when changing or cancelling an order. No changes or cancellations can be made within 48 hours of ship date. If edits or cancellations are made within that window, a 10% order change/cancellation fee will be applied and enforced.

 

 

Payment ~  Aromatique offers several ways to pay invoices.

  1. Credit Card – preauthorization is required 5-7 business days before merchandise is due to ship.

  2. Net 30 Terms – customers may apply for credit terms by submitting references to Aromatique’s accounting department. Terms subject to approval. First order MUST be by credit card or check prepayment.

      3. Check Prepayment – check must be received before merchandise will ship.
 


Invoices -

Merchandise is invoiced the day of shipment. Invoices will be mailed; therefore, the invoice may arrive before the merchandise. Please allow for shipping in-transit time. Emailed Invoices are available upon request.

 

 

Customer Agreement -

Placement of written, electronic, or verbal orders shall signify customer’s acceptance of current prices and pol­icies. This acceptance shall also denote customer’s authorization to run the credit card given or on file (if applicable) and customer’s agreement to pay all applicable fees and charges.

 

 

Freight Terms -

Aromatique Inc. is F.O.B. Heber Springs. Any orders over $300 will have a freight cap of 15%. We occasionally run freight specials: Customers must not edit orders to fall below original freight special terms in order to retain the special. If order is edited and no longer meets criteria, the freight special will be deleted off the orders.

 

 

Back-Orders -

Aromatique Inc. shall fill all approved orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, unless Aromatique Inc. is notified that backorders are not allowed by the customer, all available merchandise will be shipped on the original request date with any back ordered merchandise being shipped at the time the merchandise becomes available. Any backordered merchandise shipped after 7 business days will be free freight.

 

 

Return Policy -

Aromatique does not allow returns unless there are extenuating circumstances AND the request is approved by Aromatique. In those approved cases, returns will only be accepted with the following conditions:

  1. Request authorization to return from a Customer Service Representative.

  2. If the request is approved, a call tag request will be processed by Customer Service.

        (No shipment will be accepted by Aromatique Inc. without prior approval by Customer             Service.)

  1. Under no circumstances should merchandise that has not been approved be included in the carton. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

  2. A 20% restocking fee may be applied.

  3. Original shipping charges will not be credited.

  4. No Partial Cases will be accepted. Full cases only.

  5. Christmas merchandise must be returned to Aromatique by February 15.

 

 

Damage / Shortage Claims -

After receiving delivery, store is expected to check packages promptly and inspect for any visible damage or incorrect product. If any products are damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service. PHOTOS WILL BE EXPECTED. MUST submit claim within 30 days of delivery. If past 30 days of delivery, Aromatique Inc. reserves the right to not credit customer for damages.
