EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2025
For orders with later ship dates, we will no longer contact customers prior to processing credit card payments and shipping orders. If any issues arise, we kindly ask that you respond promptly to our call or email to assist in processing and shipping your order. By using your credit card for purchases, you authorize Aromatique to process your payment without additional communication or authorization on the requested ship date.
PLACING ORDERS
Please call 1-800-262-7511 between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time or email customerservice@aromatique.com. You may also email us to be signed up for access to our wholesale website. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Any accepted order held more than 30 days past shipment request date shall be subject to cancellation.
*We will no longer be accepting faxed orders.
EDITING / CANCELING ORDERS
Customers must give Aromatique Inc. adequate notice when changing or canceling an order. No changes or cancellations can be made within 48 hours of ship date. If edits or cancellations are made within that window, a 10% order change/cancellation fee will be applied and enforced.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
Placement of written, electronic, or verbal orders shall signify customer’s acceptance of current prices and policies. This acceptance shall also denote customer’s authorization to run the credit card given or on file (if applicable) and customer’s agreement to pay all applicable fees and charges.
PAYMENT
Aromatique offers several ways to pay invoices.
Credit Card – preauthorization is required 5-7 business days before merchandise is due to ship. Net 30 Terms – customers may apply for credit terms by submitting references to Aromatique’s accounting department. Terms subject to approval. First order MUST be by credit card or check prepayment. Check Prepayment – check must be received before merchandise will ship.
INVOICES
Merchandise is invoiced the day of shipment. Invoices will be emailed. Invoices can be mailed upon request; if so, the invoice may arrive before the merchandise. Please allow for shipping in-transit time.

FREIGHT TERMS
Aromatique Inc. is F.O.B. Heber Springs. Any orders over $300 will have a freight cap of 15%. We occasionally run freight specials: Customers must not edit orders to fall below original freight special terms in order to retain thespecial. If order is edited and no longer meets criteria, the freight special will be deleted off the orders.
Customers whose total purchases exceed $10,000 within a calendar year will qualify for free standard freight on all orders placed the following year. Due to the nature of production and supply chain variability, we may substitute certain product components with alternatives of equal or greater quality, including but not limited to botanicals in decorative fragrance, dust covers, ribbons, and labels. Branding adjustments and product refreshes are part of our ongoing efforts to remain innovative and relevant in the market. As part of these updates, certain products may be revised or refreshed.
BACK-ORDERS
Aromatique Inc. shall fill all approved orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, unless Aromatique Inc. is notified that backorders are not allowed by the customer, all available merchandise will be shipped on the original request date with any back ordered merchandise being shipped at the time the merchandise becomes available.*Some exclusions may apply.
DAMAGE / SHORTAGE CLAIMS
After receiving delivery, store is expected to check packages promptly and inspect for any visible damage or incorrect product. If any products are damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service. PHOTOS WILL BE EXPECTED.
Must submit claim within 30 days of delivery. If past 30 days of delivery, Aromatique Inc. reserves the right to not credit customer for damages.
SUMMER SHIPPING ADVISORY
Due to the nature of our wax candles, on occasion we will not ship soft wax candles on Fridays, and to select locations on Thursdays, during the hot summer months when ground shipping is selected. This helps ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition and prevents candles from prolonged exposure to heat in transit over the weekend.
RETURN POLICY
Aromatique does not allow returns unless there are extenuating circumstances AND the request is approved by Aromatique. In those approved cases, returns will only be accepted with the following conditions:
•Request authorization to return from a Customer Service Representative.
•If the request is approved, a call tag request will be processed by Customer Service. (No shipment will be accepted by Aromatique Inc. without prior approval by Customer Service.)
•Under no circumstances should merchandise that has not been approved be included in the carton. No credit will be given for unauthorized returns.
•A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
•Original shipping charges will not be credited.
•No Partial Cases will be accepted. Full cases only.
•Christmas merchandise must be returned to Aromatique by February 15.
